For instantance: When there was a drive by shooting, There are normaly only 2 to 5 perps in the car at a time so all 200 citizians looking on would pull out their guns and turn the car into scrap metal, after a while the perps would run out of cars and they couldn't drive by any more. (now I was trying to be nice here but you should get my point). And yes there are people that really don't need to have a gun, but you would get into trouble if they thought you were trying to Profile them. There are more lawabiding people in the world (well in Florida anyways) and if all of them carried a gun.
